Description
The 1066 Billiards Valour 047 is a 3/4 jointed ash snooker cue with a traditional 18oz weight and a clearly forward-balanced playing profile. Its 18.5″ balance point moves the feel further towards the front of the cue, encouraging a smooth, natural follow-through while maintaining a manageable overall weight.
At 58″ in length, the Valour 047 offers familiar proportions for all-round snooker play. The 9.5mm tip provides a traditional contact point for controlled cue ball striking, while the 30.2mm butt diameter gives the cue a slightly fuller feel in the hand. Together, these specifications produce a cue with a stable grip, responsive weight and noticeable forward movement through the stroke.
Cue Features
Constructed from selected ash, the Valour 047 delivers consistent feedback and a predictable response across different areas of play. Its unique 8-splice butt design gives this individual cue its own visual character while retaining the traditional styling of the Valour range. The 3/4 jointed construction provides a strong, connected feel through the stroke while remaining practical for transport. A fitted butt-end thread allows compatibility with all 1066 Billiards extensions (sold separately).

Why Choose the Valour 047?
The Valour 047 will appeal to players who prefer a traditional-weight cue with more forward presence through the delivery. The 18.5″ balance point gives it a more pronounced forward bias than a neutrally balanced cue, allowing the front of the cue to carry naturally through the cue ball without requiring a heavier overall setup.
Its 30.2mm butt adds a little extra substance to the grip, while the 58″ length keeps the overall proportions familiar and versatile. This combination makes the Valour 047 a distinctive choice for players seeking an 18oz cue with a fuller grip and a smooth, forward-oriented playing feel.
